Job Description:

  • As a customer experience executive, you analyze and redesign end to end customer journeys and processes with cross-functional teams.
  • You prioritize and manage ideal customer journey actions with a project management perspective.
  • You analyze the touchpoints and develop initiatives to translate the interactions into the desired experience.
  • With key CX measurements such as NPS, CSAT, CES, market research and other studies, you identify customer needs and develop service design projects.
  • You follow the VoC, VoE regularly and you implement potential actions.
  • You analyze the data and identify areas of strategic experience which can make a difference.
  • You design the customer experience processes of new products and service projects.
  • You improve the complaint management process.
  • You examine internal processes that affect customer experience and contribute to development with a CX perspective.
  • As an ambassador of Customer-Oriented culture within the company, you lead the teams in CX cultural transformation projects.
  • You support the team in measuring and tracking the experience in a holistic way.
  • You take a joker role in strategic customer experience projects.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (engineering, management or social sciences)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong collaborative mindset
  • Customer Centric point of view
  • Proficiency in English to feel comfortable in working in a multinational environment
  • Experience in leading cross functional projects (CX related projects preferred)
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Proactive, dynamic and teamplayer
  • Takes personal responsibility, self-starter
  • An energetic and positive attitude
  • Has a deep understanding of service design methodologies with Design Thinking approach is a plus.
  • UX/UI knowledge is a plus.
