Similar to our global practices, we continue to empower and grow our Design Studio consulting business in Türkiye.
We are seeking Service Designer Manager to join our Business Consulting team with the following qualifications.
Job Description

  • Guardianship of design production standards and deliverable quality.
  • Lead work streams of large consulting teams.
  • Use robust project management skills to plan, track and report.
  • Scope and estimate work; leading the development of proposals, pitches, quotations and contracts.
  • Mentor, train and inspire others – in our team, the wider EY firm, our client network and regional design industry.
  • Meet/exceed the general performance standards of EY Consultants at this grade.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in service design, customer experience, UX and UI disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  • An understanding of ‘Service Design’ and ‘Design Thinking’ fundamentals at a conceptual and practical level.
  • A genuine passion for human centred design through an empathetic attitude.
  • Portfolio of service design work and/or example design deliverables (research reports, presentations, prototypes, journeys, blueprints etc)
  • Recognised bachelors degree (ideally in a design or other related discipline)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, Mural and Miro tools
  • Strong graphic/visual design skills (illustration, layout, typography etc)
  • High standard of written and spoken English (including proof-reading own work)
  • Exposure to qualitative user/customer research methods (planning / facilitating: focus groups, interviews, workshops ethnography etc)
  • Exposure to quantitative user/customer research methods (Survey Design, VOC, NPS, Survey Management/Analysis & Reporting)
  • Confidence in dialogue and presentations to clients/users/customers
