What makes you unique as a Service Designer

  • Design thinking forms the basis of your work. You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, both in co-creation development and in small steps to realize different user journeys in a team. Affinity with the healthcare field, or another socially relevant theme, is best suited to our organization;
  • You always put the user at the center of your service design work. You are a good listener to interests and you are open to new ideas. You like to work towards a win-win situation by empathizing with the situation of the user and/or stakeholder;
  • You are decisive, decisive and you like to convert the acquired ideas into realistic results together with others;
  • Your analytical skills and your ability to zoom in and out allow you to thrive in a complex environment (organization, stakeholders, processes, multiple target groups). You research and analyze situations in a systematic way;
  • You are curious about how you can further shape service design for healthcare providers in the organization together with us. You are able to involve others, including senior management, from your service design expertise. That way you come to the best choice and you share knowledge.
