SERVICE DESIGNER / CONSULTANT

• translating objectives and wishes into customer journey maps, concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.

What does this look like in concrete terms? Here you work together with first-class designers and developers for impressive clients. Think of Royal FloraHolland, Cargill, Diageo, Nutreco, KWF, ALD Automotive, and the Mauritshuis. Here you support the digital transformations from the customer perspective as part of the design team. You dare to look ahead and take the stage. You as a Service Designer / Consultant are the expert in the areas: research, strategy, user experience, design, and technology.

Do people find you curious? Or creative? Maybe both, because there must be a difference. For this position, you are mainly entrepreneurial and very skilled in communication and social terms. There are already enough others, so stay yourself. That’s all we ask. Although, as a Service Designer / Consultant you do of course understand things, including:

• User research
• Customer Journeys
• Service Blueprints
• Strategy
• Facilitating workshops

For this position you have at least:

• an HBO diploma in CMD, Interaction Design or Industrial Design.
• at least 2 years of project experience as a Service Designer / Consultant.

With your inquisitive and curious attitude, you always know how to put the user’s needs first. Your impressive portfolio is proof of this. You can also tell everything about the latest developments and trends in this field. That is not all. You have a lot of experience in designing well-thought outflows, journeys, strategy documents, and talking boards. You can convince like no other. In addition to all this, do you also have an affinity with UX design? That is certainly a bonus for this position.
