Service Designer

As a (medior) Service Designer you help to further develop innovative, digital care paths. You collect bottlenecks from your stakeholders (GPs, (para)medics, the patient himself or your colleagues from the business) that you thoroughly investigate. It may be that a solution only concerns a process adjustment, but usually an adjustment or addition to our digital platform is involved.
You explore possible solutions in close collaboration with a UX Designer and a Business Analyst; you make a choice together with them and/or other stakeholders. You continuously interact with stakeholders to validate interim results. Digital designs are developed internally by one of our Development Teams of which you are a part. Because Ksyos works on the basis of Agile/SCRUM, it often happens that you realize a solution in multiple iterations. In addition, you are responsible for:
- researching, designing and developing improvements to existing services;
- Co-creation with our healthcare providers and your colleagues from the business;
- Creating patient and user journeys;
- Needs research and evaluation of innovations by means of qualitative and quantitative methods;
- The application of the Service Design method, inside and outside your team, and the continuous development of this based on new insights and inspiration.
