About the role
- You will set up and coordinate ‘design thinking’ processes at our customers;
- You will give advice on ‘design thinking’ processes at our customers;
- You will work out ideas in visual sketches, collages, UI/UX sketches, etc;
- You will be involved in translating user wishes and goals into concrete specifications and possibly mockups (demonstration / test models) and prototypes;
- You will create and bring service concepts to life through visual presentations.

Have at least 5-7 years of experience as a Services Designer or similar;

Have HBO/WO level in the direction of communication and multimedia design;

Are good at ideation, or good at quickly coming up with ideas in process, behavioral interventions, activations, etc.

Can also make a dynamic and complex situation simple by sketching and/or by tackling the core in a narrative;
-
Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to convey complex design concepts in the simplest and clearest way possible;

Are handy and fast in online research (for examples, in-depth, etc);

Understands strategy and can spar at a strategic level with various stakeholders (including policy makers);

Have experience with service design (mapping, blueprinting);

Have experience with Scrum method;

Have experience with both digital UX/UI and communication (design);
