Service Designer

To strengthen this team, we are looking for a Service Designer. In this new role you will work on improving our employee processes and you will look for the right balance between what is already there, what is possible and our ambition. You bring people together and ensure that we take the next step towards realizing our ambition. We aim high, but also know that we will realize the real change step by step

• HBO work and thinking level
• Demonstrable or comparable work experience with (parts of) Design Thinking, such as research techniques, stakeholder maps, journey mapping, prototyping
• Humand Centered Design (Design Thinking), you see our employees as customers
• You are strong in research, data & analysis
• At home in the world of the employee within the organization; you are aware of trends and developments and the opportunities associated with them
• Strong empathy for the needs of the internal target groups
