Senior Service Designer (f/m/x)

As a strategic service designer, you’re consulted to help mid-size and large enterprises with digital transformation, towards a more customer-centric or data-driven organization by the use of Salesforce. thorough, holistic view that comes along, with eye for detail, which will not withhold you in envisioning our client’s future way of working and delivering this vision on the digital transformation and design our client’s future marketing, sales, and services processes.

• Can run the service design process as part of our Salesforce implementation projects in a way that their outcome meets clients needs, working closely together with our client and your colleagues
• You are able to set up a highly collaborative environment during projects, within our multidisciplinary team composed of Salesforce-developers, architects, business consultants, product owners, scrum masters of Nextview, and our client.
• You conduct fast-track user research, translating results into tangible and feasible future scenarios of end-to-end processes and user flows.
• You dive deep into our client’s organization, conducting business research to define and prioritize objectives and goals together with our client.
• You support our sales representatives with your ability to define our client’s design challenge via design workshops, co-create towards project approaches, RoM of implementation projects, ability estimate delivery activities, objectives, budget, and timing, and describing deliverable
• Will further strengthen and develop Nextview’s in-house Design-Led approach, by testing and implementing the process with our clients, and creating documentation for the business and customers to use.

During our high pace implementation projects at our clients, you will truly be submerged in our multidisciplinary teams working alongside the advisory consultants, our Salesforce consultants, and the teams on the client-side.

• You bring along more than 7 years of experience designing digital services and experiences and/or digitizing business processes and you can enrich our own design team with a proven track record of Design tools and techniques.
• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Design or Design research, strategic design management, digital design or related discipline, or equivalent professional design training experience.
• Ability to advocate the importance of design (thinking) during projects, to enthuse non-designers, and create ambassadorship of our design-led approach within our Nextview community and our clients’ project teams.
• Ambition to create value for our clients’ business via customer-focused and user-centered design-led approach.
• Being able to empathize and communicate on a direct user-level and C-suite level
• Industry knowledge within the fields of Manufacturing & Consumer Products, Professional Services & Utilities or Financial services is a plus.
