Senior Service Designer

This is your role

You are involved with:

• Collecting customer needs and behavior through interviews, experiments and data analysis
• Visualizing the current customer journey and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Designing AI-first customer journeys that are smart, scalable and frictionless, while maintaining emotion, trust and personal connection
• Creating service blueprints, scenarios and prototypes to quickly test what works
• Translating customer insights, NPS feedback and research into concrete design choices
• Facilitating workshops and encouraging design thinking within teams
• Monitoring the quality of the customer experience after implementation
