Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you help to further develop innovative, digital care pathways. You collect bottlenecks and needs from your stakeholders (GPs, (para)medics, the patient or your colleagues from the business) that you thoroughly investigate. It is possible that a solution only concerns a process adjustment, but usually an adjustment or addition to our digital platform is required.
You explore possible solutions in close collaboration with a UX Designer and a Business Analyst. You continuously interact with stakeholders to validate interim results. The software of our Platform is developed internally by one of our Development Teams of which you are part. Because Ksyos agile/scrum works in sprints of 2 weeks, it often happens that you realize a solution in multiple iterations. This means there is a lot of opportunity to apply progressive insights from practice in your design process.
As a Service Designer at Ksyos you are responsible for:
- Researching, designing and developing improvements for existing and new services;
- Needs research and evaluation of innovations using qualitative and quantitative methods;
- Co-creation with our healthcare providers and your colleagues from the business;
- Drawing up service blueprints and user journeys;
- Applying and promoting Design Thinking and your design working method both within and outside your team. You do this by sharing recent developments and new inspiration from your field with brainstorming sessions, creative sessions, but also presentations.
