Service Designer

IN10 Digital Design & Innovation Agency
What will you do as a Service Designer at IN10?
As a service designer at IN10, your heart beats faster from both concrete 'How can we….'s' and from 'fuzzy', ambitious transformation challenges. You design and develop strategies and services for brands and organizations that are (digitally) transforming. People and their experiences are central to your solutions and you make the translation into service blueprints for the organization (and the collaboration with third parties).
How your days are filled:
-
Designing digital services, from user research to implementation;
-
Translate input and user data into customer journeys and blueprints;
-
Translate opportunities into meaningful roadmaps and design briefings;
-
Managing key stakeholders and driving decision making;
-
Organize and lead co-creation workshops with clients and partners to drive analysis of current services and design of improved/new services;
-
Inspiring customers with a vision on trends and market insights.
Above all, you and your colleagues and clients ensure that we achieve the highest level of creative work with maximum positive impact.

Because we believe that those who design a better future also do better. Simply 'good business'. Curious what it's like to work at IN10? On our Instagram we give you a look behind the scenes.
