Service Designer

As a Service Designer, you are part of the Parent Interaction team and help improve the parent experience. You analyze insights and needs and translate them into design products. You consolidate these insights and information and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you facilitate co-creation sessions with stakeholders and target groups, for example, to map out the customer journey. You translate the gathered ideas into concepts and/or prototypes. You are part of the Business Development Directorate and work closely with colleagues within this directorate and with colleagues from the Allowances Directorate. As a Service Designer, you bring together all input and feedback and translate it into feasible solutions and improvements. Finally, you involve stakeholders and try to mobilize them by providing them with information at the right time. 

• You are working on a completely new financing system for childcare, with a direct impact on parents and childcare organizations;
• The program is fully in development, and you are given the space for boldness, initiative, and visible influence on the direction;
• You collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with product managers, engineers, delivery managers, and policy advisors who are just as driven to make things better;
• You work according to a modern, iterative approach: start small, test in practice, and improve step by step. Always with the user at the center;
• You contribute to (digital) service delivery that is reliable, understandable, and future-oriented, in an environment where open collaboration and quick adaptation are the norm.
