Service Designer 

Your mission

As a service designer, in the Web and Digital Development unit, you have an important role in designing and adapting the municipality’s digital presence so that the target groups experience the meeting safely, easily, cohesively and proactively. You actively contribute to our change work to develop effective and user-centered working methods and forms of cooperation where our core values ​​of making a difference, working together and being innovative are taken care of.

You will mainly lead one of five teams that, together with the target groups and the business, develop the digital meeting with the municipality so that it meets the needs based on the situation the target groups are in. You and your team will work proactively and develop decision-making data for, among other things, priorities and goals.

In the role of service designer, you are responsible for leading, running and developing the team. According to a service design process, you identify and prioritize needs, brainstorm solutions and test them on the target group. All to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the target groups and contribute to achieving the business’s goals. You set requirements for IT development and maintain existing strategies, guidelines, guidance and other support material.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has a college/university degree or other education that the employer deems relevant to the position.
We are looking for someone who is driven by developing and leading teams within the web with a focus on the user’s needs and situation. You have a good ability to work in a structured and independent manner, and enjoy taking responsibility in cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in leading and running web projects, where you have collaborated with different businesses and skills
• Experience with user-centered methods and working methods
• Experience in designing, conducting and analyzing user tests, interviews and surveys
• Experience in setting requirements for digital solutions in dialogue with UX and IT
• Experience in formulating goals, setting direction and prioritizing
• Experience in planning and leading workshops and training courses
