Service Designer

About the role
We are a pleasant and enthusiastic design team of around 20 people who are now looking for a Service designer who can contribute to strengthening our team and improving Svea’s customer experience. As a Service designer with us, you will work closely with product owners, teams and UX designers to develop our services and products by identifying both short-term and long-term needs based on customer insights.

As a Service designer with us, you will

• Develop and conduct research to understand user behaviors and preferences.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement.
• Create behavioral profiles and customer journeys to understand customer needs.
• Design and prototype products, services and features based on customer insights and feedback.
• Evaluate and optimize existing products and services to improve the customer experience.
• Be an important part of our product development.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will need to have a good understanding of the design process and service design methodologies. You also have a strong drive and commitment to find your own opportunities and challenge existing solutions. We also believe that you appreciate working in a team, coming up with solutions together, taking advantage of other people’s knowledge but also sharing your own. You enjoy working in a fast-moving and complex environment and have good experience in making data-driven decisions.

We also believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/service design and product development.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Experience working with service design tools such as behavioral profiles, customer journeys and service blueprints.
• Strong communication skills and experience in presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders at different levels.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Experience working with data and measurement is a plus.
