Service/UX Designer

What will you do?

You will take ownership of design in projects across the entire product lifecycle, from initial problem discovery and exploration, through conceptualization, implementation, and delivery of a beautifully designed user experience.

To accomplish this, you’ll collaborate with our Users, Support Team, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Analysts to define problems, requirements, and goals. Identify customer needs, produce wireframes, prototypes, and refine designs based on data and user feedback.

You will also actively engage in our design organization, collaborating with others to maintain design consistency and cohesiveness across different platforms and products.

Whom are we looking for?

A design-thinking driven user researcher, that has that particular talent for UX design – someone who enjoys and thrives in the whole people-centered design cycle and in delivering great results.

You would have no problems starting from scratch, doing qualitative and quantitative research, and then take the problem from clear insights to functional wireframes, that can be implemented in our web-based portal and apps.

You can take an idea and see it through to the very end. You accomplish this by putting the user first and base your decisions on user insight, data, and business requirements.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

• About 5 years of working experience as a UX designer in product development, fluent in at least one well-known wireframing and prototyping tool, and can back this up with a portfolio.
• Intimately familiar with design methods, tools, UI patterns, and guidelines for responsive web and mobile app design.
• Empathy is your most important tool and you can identify needs through user research and transform these into design concepts, customer journey mapping, user flows, sketches and wireframes.
• We believe you are a problem solver and generous with your knowledge. You take responsibility for the creative and conceptual work in your assignments.
• You are well versed in working with prototyping, interaction design, and UI pattern design for app development as well as for responsive web solutions. If you also have a graphic eye, it is fantastic.
• You can take the lead and facilitate workshops, drive the discovery process forward, as well as design concrete flows and UX solutions into agile sprints. You enjoy working in a product development team as well as facilitating workshops and presenting solutions and concepts to different types of stakeholders.
• You are attracted by being part of a team that works closely with our customers.
• You are good at including both customers and colleagues in your work through a learning and enthusiastic approach.
• You have a good design methodology foundation and toolbox, you are familiar with design systems and UI patterns and for example, Miro and Figma are where you realize ideas and designs.
• Work experience from launching at least an app or responsive web-based service.
• Driven and proactive personality with structure and an eye for detail.
• Early adapter, lifelong learner, and digital platform savvy.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, and preferably also in Swedish.
