Service Designer

About the service

In the role of Service Designer, you help our customers to develop new services or improve existing ones, so that they meet the users’ real needs. To succeed in this, an understanding of both the customer and the business is required.

With the help of the methods and tools that fit within Service design, you support the customer in taking a holistic approach to the customer experience. Sometimes you will have missions that accommodate all phases; mapping, analysis and development, and sometimes we are involved in one of the parts and then hand over to the customer to take the work further.

Depending on the customer and the assignment, you will sometimes work alone and sometimes in teams with other colleagues in the Advisory team and in the Digital Management business area. In many projects, you will also collaborate with other consultants at Cybercom.

The team in Advisory & Digital Transformation Management consists of experienced management consultants specializing in innovation, technological development, digital strategy, sustainability, transformation and service design.

We are looking for you as

• Has a relevant completed and approved college / university education, preferably in computer science / economics or business development
• Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant in roles as a Service Designer / service designer.
• Has experience in design thinking, business model canvas, customer travel mapping
• Has experience in facilitating Workshops
• Very good ability to communicate, both in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Have an interest or experience in Circular Design and have an understanding and use of this methodology in your work.
