We are looking for awesomeness – Is some of this you?

• You can make the most out of a complex customer pain point, you make it feel simple and on point as you have a black belt in service design.
• You like when things make sense and hence you love to structure and visualize journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and specification.
• Coaching is a passion and therefore facilitating workshops, set design sprints and hold seminars and training sessions comes natural to you.
• You have a scientist inside and hence you get energized when conducting and synthesizing research, insights and findings.
• No one can tell and write a story like you, especially if get o do it in front of an audience. You bring ideas to life in front of and together with clients & stakeholders through ideations and conceptual work.
• You were born with an agile mindset but can relate to how it used to be.
• To show your awesomeness we expect you to be proficient in English.
