As a Service Designer with us, we work both in in-house and out-of-customer projects. In the role you will work in various projects where you get to be involved and influence and develop according to customers’ needs. What does the role look like?
We are looking for you who are passionate about Service Design and to create engaging, user-friendly and innovative experiences that are well-designed down to the smallest detail and provide the desired business value. As a Service Designer, you can help make a big difference for Nexer Maverick’s customers by supporting their business development and internal improvement initiatives.
Applying Design Thinking as a methodology is something that comes naturally to you and you find it easy to start from a holistic perspective in your work. In the role, you will have to work with everything from the daily operational work to strategically participate and create services based on understanding the needs of both customers and end users. This is done by analyzing, mapping and compiling research results and then packaging and visualizing the results in order to contribute to an understanding of the development of a product or service. Furthermore, you will plan and conduct workshops, participate in creative brainstorming and provide pitch efforts in customer meetings.
To fit into the role, you have:
- Relevant experience in Service design and user-centered design
- Knowledge of existing and emerging tools / methods in Service design
- Experience of planning and conducting workshops
- Experience of delivering results within deadlines and budgets
- Understanding and knowledge of technology, basic structures, behavioral psychology and conversion optimization
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Very good collaboration skills and experience of working in cross-functional development teams and independently
- You are good at listening and asking questions, and enjoy learning new things
