The demand for good logistics services has increased and we want to be an obvious part of the solution. Sending or receiving packages with PostNord should be as smooth as possible. Our UX team ensures that we can create better, more user-friendly and uniformly designed services aimed at consumers, e-tailers and larger enterprises.

We are now looking for a Service Designer who puts the customer in focus and helps us create a world-class Nordic experience for all our services together with other members of the UX team.

Job duties

In the role of Service Designer, you will, among other things, work with:

• Conduct user research, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Analyze and present insights to various product teams and the rest of the organization.
• Design and be responsible for customer journeys of our digital services.
• Work closely with developers, product owners within the Market Web team and other stakeholders within PostNord.

We are looking for you

• Relevant education in Service Design or equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Service Designer.
• Experience in planning and conducting workshops.
• The ability to analyze insights and user behavior through e.g. Google Analytics.
• Worked with creating customer journeys for specific and overall products/services.

It is meritorious if you

• Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design must fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem.
• Experience of having worked with web and app.
• Has previously worked with large and complex sites for different markets.
• Knowledge and experience in UX writing.
• Understands IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban and Agile.
