Service Designer

As a service designer with us, you will drive design work and develop value-creating and sustainable solutions for users, customers and society. In your exploratory assignments, you work with complex problems together with colleagues from different business areas, with different backgrounds and skills. You plan and carry out qualitative Design Research by applying Service Design methodology and collaborate with other specialists to combine qualitative and quantitative research methods. You create concepts at a high level through co-design, concept evaluation and prototyping where the customer is involved in the process. You will be part of our design team that inspires, coaches and trains our colleagues in a customer-centric way of working and ensures that we create value propositions that benefit our users and us as a company.

• has relevant university education in UX Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways

• has 3-5 years of experience in service design, user research, experience mapping/service maps, etc

• can bring out the essence of a strategy and transform it into concrete and comprehensible digital concepts

• can package and present your results in an enthusiastic and clear way

• is comfortable in facilitating working groups in different types of workshops

• confidently translates complex insights into visualized solutions.

• can be responsible for the user experience and can drive strategic work using customer insights and goal management,

• is fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
