Service Designer

As a Service Designer at Einride, you will not only apply your expertise in designing exceptional services and user experiences but also have a unique opportunity to shape how the service design competence is built and integrated within our organization. Job Description

• Lead and conduct user research to uncover insights, behaviors, and needs.
• Ideate, prototype, and iterate new service concepts and solutions
• Organize and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders and users
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align services with user needs and business objectives.
• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and user personas to guide design decisions.
• Assess service performance and recommend enhancements.
• Champion service design best practices and a user-centered design approach across Einride
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the service design competence at Einride, influencing how service design methodologies are adopted and practiced

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Service Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related fields
• Proven experience of working with a complex service offering, leading projects within value streams.
• A strong portfolio to showcase your work
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools
• Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Adaptive to a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Experience with B2B SaaS.
