We need to become more service designers at inUse in Malmö and are therefore looking for driven and experienced service designers who are passionate about creating fantastic customer experiences!

As a service designer, you are driven by understanding human behavior and human needs, in order to solve complex problems and create the best experiences – whether they are physical or digital. You have the ability to see the whole and value creation, both for the customer and the business. The work is varied and you get the opportunity to collaborate with customers at different levels and in different industries. Depending on the assignment, you will sometimes work on site at the customer and sometimes in projects where you work with an internal project team from our office in Malmö.
Right now we are looking for you as:
- As a consultant, likes to inspire and influence organizations to create the best value for their customers and their business through insights, opportunities and solutions.
- Have solid experience working with service design, we are happy to see that you have at least 5 years of work experience, of which 3 years as a service designer.
- Has very good knowledge of various methods and work tools in service design that you are happy to share with both your colleagues at inUse and our customers.
- Is strong at conducting qualitative research and producing sharp insights with impact.
- Can lead and develop customer workshops and co-creation sessions with users.
- Possesses a strong ability to transform insights into opportunities and differentiated service designs.
- Is experienced in defining the future customer journey and value-adding experiences across different types of touchpoints.
- Has a desire to collaborate with other design disciplines such as UX, product and visual design.
- Is a strong presenter who can inspire, motivate, evaluate and stand for your design.
- Has experience of and an interest in contributing your skills and experience in service design in both business development and internal skills development.
- Is cruel at what you do but always wants to get even better at it, learn from colleagues and take on new challenges.
