Service Designer

You will work within our Hardware & Design business area where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centric approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

Job Responsibilities 
As a Service Designer, you are responsible for driving service design and UX work in complex projects, from early research to validated concepts. You will, among other things,:

• Lead service design work and UX in projects

• Identify and define user and business goals and design paths to get there

• Conduct qualitative research via interviews, field studies and user testing

• Develop concepts, service prototypes and user journeys across digital and physical touchpoints

• Facilitate idea generation, co-creation and prioritization workshops with teams, stakeholders and users

• Communicate the value of service design and promote user-centered practices in the organization

• Apply inclusive design principles throughout the service ecosystem

• Translate insights into service concepts that align user needs with business goals

• Visualize and present research, service blueprints, user journeys and strategies

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, business managers and customers

Qualifications 
We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills, enjoys leading customer communications and is used to working both customer-driven and agile. • Experience of working as a designer for several years 

• Practical experience in planning and running service design projects, with documented results that have created business value with clear measurable goals. 

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
