To comply with the brand’s growth plan, we are looking for Data Analysts to help us build our human teams. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting and analyzing data to solve customer needs. You will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive business value.

Challenge:
We are looking for people passionate about strategic design with at least 4 years of experience in the field of digital products. We are looking for designers who want to make a difference in people’s lives through the design of solutions, services, products and experiences that leave a mark.
What will you do:
- User research: Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, wants, and behaviors. This may include interviews, surveys, data analysis, and user observation.
- Service design: Develop creative solutions to improve service delivery. This involves creating customer experience maps, flowcharts, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including interaction designers, developers, product managers and other professionals to implement service improvements.
- Evaluation and Testing: Test and validate solutions through usability testing and user feedback, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Continuous optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and refinement of existing services.
- Effective communication: Explain and present concepts and solutions to stakeholders and project teams.

- User-centered design: Focus on designing services that meet users’ needs and improve their experience.

- Prototype Design: Ability to create prototypes and models that represent design solutions.
- Effective Communication: Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to teams and stakeholders.
- Project management: Be able to manage service design projects, establish deadlines and priorities.
