Requirements

  • Proven experience in service design and customer experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design thinking, service blueprinting, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to lead projects and inspire teams towards achieving shared goals.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for uncovering insights and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of service design and customer experience strategies, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, conceptualise, and execute both novel as well as existing solutions.
  • Apply a human-centered design approach to solve complex challenges across various touchpoints and interactions.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviours, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Prototype and test design solutions across various channels and within a variety of contexts, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
