  • Work closely with developers to ensure that the solution is technical feasible

Design

  • Map user journeys and help agencies define their processes to enable new service experience

  • Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline (Systems Design, Business Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with concepting, ideation, and iterative prototyping

  • Ability to organize data into clear service design blueprints
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Knowledge in UI and UI best practices will be a plus
  • A portfolio that shows your ability in the design thinking process and problem solving skills
  • Evidence of a strong understanding of design process and strong ability to use (Figma)
