Senior Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Understanding and articulating clearly how services need to change from a user centered, system, and business perspective to improve an end-to-end stakeholders experience.

• Develop documentation for design blueprints and frameworks for user journeys to align with stakeholders’ goals, requirements and expectations.

• Work and align with user research function and data discipline to build insights through collaboration and align those with the stakeholders.

• Conduct design thinking workshops to generate ideas and solutions for user experience strategies.

• Assess the feasibility of prototypes for idea testing, and recommend refinements to design based on usability and concept testing results.

• Autonomy and leadership in decision making, you will have direct contact with stakeholders, ensuring a relationship of trust and good communication

Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in service design industry, able to demonstrates cultural sensitivity in designing user experiences and broad perspectives in business acumen to enable anticipation the needs of users

• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders: Product team, Design team, Business team, Research team

• Possesses strong communication skills to describe ideas in a clear and engaging

• Excellent time and task management skills

• Adept at strategic visioning and able to envision optimal user experiences and develop innovative design strategies

• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
