We are looking for Service Designer Specialist for an opportunity with one of the top global consulting firms to work on a project in KSA.Location: KSA.Project Duration: 1 year subject to extension.Years of experience: 5-10 years.Requirements:
- Having proven experience in Service Design Management.
- Being Design-Driven and User Centric.
- Having the ability to plan and execute User Research and extract Insights from it.
- knowing how to design a User Journey Map.
- knowing how to design a Service Blueprint and prepare it to be presented and delivered to the client.
- Having consulting experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
