Senior Service Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Service Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and reimagining services to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. The role demands a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Insights Gathering:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for service improvement.

• Service Concept Development:

• Develop innovative service concepts based on research insights.
• Create service blueprints and journey maps to visualize new service ideas and improvements.

• Prototyping and Testing:

• Prototype service concepts and test them with users to gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure service designs meet customer needs and business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to ideate and refine service concepts.

• Implementation and Scaling:

• Oversee the implementation of new services or service improvements.
• Ensure services are scalable, sustainable, and efficiently integrated into the existing ecosystem.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of services post-implementation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in service design.
• Strong understanding of design thinking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and user testing sessions.
