We will reinforce our team with our Service Design team from Deloitte Digital Solutions, with a Senior Service Designer.

Your day to day and responsibilities

  • Establish a basis for innovation by translating research insights into actionable strategies and prototypes;
  • Plan qualitative research activities with users and customers in order to develop improvements and new relevant products / services;
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with project teams, users and customers;
  • Analyze data, identify patterns of behavior and define user journeys, personas, blueprints and other definition methods;
  • Support the development and testing of prototypes, as well as developing high-quality presentations;
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of medium and large-scale projects for reference clients, ensuring the quality of work throughout the process and ensuring the implementation of the defined strategy;
  • Contribute to create proposals for new business opportunities;
  • Ensure the duration of project documentation as well as training, knowledge transfer and change management supporting materials;
  • Proactively contribute to the team’s development, through continuous study and research, knowledge sharing and networking;
  • Be supportive of the team and colleagues, being positive and creative in the face of challenges, welcoming unforeseen events, supporting the growth of colleagues and taking responsibility for shared goals and commitments

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • Solid knowledge and experience in Service Design processes;
  • Passionate about solving complex challenges and strategy;
  • Interest in knowledge fields such as digital innovation, consumer trends and new technologies;
  • Background in Innovation or Anthropology;
  • Experience with dynamic methodological processes, such as Agile;
  • Knowledge and ease of using research tools;
  • Mentally agile to analyze, reformulate and think on a holistic and detailed level and centered on the human being – empathic, curious and questioning;
  • Ability to develop insights, analysis and synthesis of research and discoveries;
  • Ability to act in multidisciplinary teams and motivation to work simultaneously on various projects and challenges, meeting deadlines;
  • Ambition to create sustainable business models and innovative user experience for digital reference brands;
  • Good oral and written presentation and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to develop well-written and organized documents and presentations;
  • English proficiency;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to propose solutions, and a strong team spirit
