Services Designer

What will your job be?

You will be responsible for designing new and continuously developing existing digital financial services. Every day you will cooperate with, among others, Product Owners of financial services, UX designers or internet analysts.

One of your tasks will be identifying the needs of end users and developing solutions that address them, taking into account the realities of business and development.

Requirements:

• experience in designing digital services based on business goals,
• experience and readiness to validate various solutions and to work with data on a daily basis,
• experience in designing financial services,
• experience in cooperation with business stakeholders, developers and end users,
• knowledge of CX and UX,
• knowledge in the field of service design,
• ability to model low-fidelity solutions,
• knowledge of the Figma program at an intermediate level,
• basic knowledge of Google Analytics,
• analytical skills: research, building recommendations.

An additional advantage will be:

• ability to prepare reports in Visual Basic,
• the ability to work on meters every day,
• experience in working in interdisciplinary teams,
• knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum),
• the ability to facilitate meetings / workshops,
• knowledge of the English language that allows you to follow trends, interpret industry reports and participate in conferences or workshops.
