Service Designer

What will your work be like?

• As a Service Designer, you will contribute to building services that have a positive impact and deliver real value to people

• You will plan and conduct workshops during which you and your stakeholders will work out the best possible, workable solutions to specific problems

• Together with various associates (developers, product owners and managers, ux designers, researchers, etc.) you will transform our website into a more user-friendly one, all the time being user-oriented and end-to-end approach to the designed service

• Together with your team, you will iteratively prototype solutions and verify service ideas to ultimately deliver Service Blueprint

• You will design User Journey Maps and identify problems and challenges on the website
