Senior Service Designer

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person for the position of Senior Service Designer  who has the ability to design services, design processes and conduct design processes according to various methodologies. He also has experience in working with partners / clients from the business environment. What is important for us in this position: a sense of responsibility, developed interpersonal competences and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Openness and willingness to propose and introduce new solutions are welcome. We are looking for a team player who thinks outside the box and is able to listen to the voice and needs of both the client and the team.

Your most important tasks are :

• designing and moderating workshops with clients:
• preparation of materials and workshop tools  from the substantive and visual side
• developing presentations summarizing the stages of the design process (e.g. synthesis after workshops)
• preparation of the substantive input to the process, e.g.
• conducting research in implemented projects
• preparation, selection and verification of change signals that will form the starting point in the process
• participation in research / testing processes in the area of: 
• preparing scenarios
• recruiting respondents
• conducting research / creative workshops,
• synthesizing research results
• sharing knowledge for the project and team
• ability to work independently, individually and plan their working time

• knowledge of various tools dedicated to various stages of the design process and experience in their use
• ability to solve complex problems and design challenges
• readiness for business trips
• searching for new, innovative solutions
• knowledge of English at the level of min. B2

Welcome additionally

• knowledge of MS Office
• knowledge of programs such as Adobe Illustrator / InDesign etc.
• Ability to work online using programs such as Mural or Miro
• developed analytical, synthesizing and logical thinking skills
• developed creative thinking skills, ease in generating new solutions
• Driving license. B
• completed design studies are welcome
• knowledge of other foreign languages
• courses, training or publications in the field of service design
