  • At least 2 years of experience working as a UX Designer
  • Knowledge in usability and human factors techniques, UX research and customer validation process
  • Experience in the development of Customer Journey, Service Blueprint, User Stories and service flows
  • Knowledge of general digital front-end and back-end digital environments and jargon
  • Knowledge of wireframe and digital/virtual prototyping tools and design software
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • All-hands-on-deck approach and ability to work and communicate in a multidisciplinary team (from business and technical levels)
  • Flexibility, fast learning and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to delivering high standards
  • Very good English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous work experience in digital design environments/companies – nice to have

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create professional and/or technical User Acceptance Test Scripts (UX Scenarios) based on existing User Stories and IT/Business/design materials
  • Ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of User Acceptance Testing quality across APP or WEB digital touchpoints
  • Execute test following test cases
  • Report progress, status, risks, issues and results to Manager and across different teams progress and results of tests
  • Report and support triage of defects and issues
  • Support test sessions with prospect/stakeholders (e.i. Usability, Shadowing testing)
  • Identify potential design and services improvements and proactively work on solutions
  • Set up and perform digital and virtual testing in different design stages
