Service Designer

Manpower (Philippines)
We are looking for a Service Designer to lead the design and transformation of customer experiences through a human-centered, data-driven approach. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to design and optimize end-to-end service solutions—combining customer insights, business goals, and operational processes.
You’ll be responsible for mapping user journeys, developing service blueprints, facilitating workshops, and implementing innovative service improvements that deliver real impact. This is a strategic role that blends design thinking, research, and project management to drive experience innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of customer-centric services using Design Thinking
- Conduct user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create service solutions
- Collaborate with product, tech, and CX teams to implement improvements
- Advocate for human-centered design and promote design best practices
- Ensure alignment between customer experience initiatives and business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service design or CX-related roles
- Strong skills in user research, facilitation, and service blueprinting
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Mural, or similar
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred:
- Certifications in CX (e.g., CCXP, CXS)
- Background in behavioral research, social sciences, or CRM
