Understand the needs and pains of customers, through their behavioral knowledge and research techniques, and design the journeys that guarantee a delightful experience in all our products and services.
Provide guidance to the stakeholders involved in the projects and, in turn, support the other members of the design team from a holistic and strategic perspective of this field of action.
Functions:
- Analyze and design experiences that are memorable for customers for each of the products.
- Design and execute research projects in order to find insights that are the input for the design of products and experiences.
- Master and apply design tools and methodologies such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Behavioral Design (DESIRABLE), Design thinking, etc, to achieve prototypes and design the experiences that each tribe requires.
- Develops and creates knowledge about consumer behavior that contributes to the learning of the rest of the CoE and the organization.
- Present and share the results with the rest of the organization to ensure that the knowledge generated is socialized.
Requirements:
- Graduated from the career of Psychology, Architecture, Marketing, Industrial Engineering.
- Course/Diploma in Service Design, UX, CX or Human Centered Design/Design Thinking.
- Figma handling.
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in positions related to Human Centered Design.
