Service Designer

Objective: Design exceptional experiences, services and products that meet customer needs and expectations, driving business growth and profitability. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions and ensure implementation of designed services.

Features:

• Plan and execute research and hypothesis validation processes to design or improve the user experience with our products and services.
• Design experiences based on research results, business voice, benchmark, analysis of service indicators, product and business objectives.
• Develop prototypes and validate them with users through concept tests, pilots or experimentation.
• Manage the implementation of validated and iterated designs, ensuring that the Design team’s proposal is made tangible.
• Apply design tools and methodologies such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprints, Behavioral Design (DESIRABLE), Design thinking, etc.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with different stakeholders.
• Develop and create knowledge that contributes to the learning of the Design team and the Organization.
• Collaborate with other team members in the research and evaluation of new trends and design approaches, integrating them into the development of their projects.
• Present and share the results with the rest of the organization to ensure that the knowledge generated is socialized.

Requirements:

• Minimum previous experience of 3 years executing projects applying Human Centered Design.
• University bachelor.
• Management of research techniques and design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
