Plan, Design and implement new or better experiences, products, services and/or brands that bring value to the organization and end users to achieve sustainability, growth and business transformation.
What challenges will you face?
– Establish research objectives.
– Define profiles to recruit.
– Research and design new methodologies and techniques, analyzing new trends and success stories, to continuously improve the process of designing innovative solutions.
– Document research and findings graphically, written or recorded and product development.
– Propose, together with the team, the best possible solution according to the opportunities found and ground them in the guidelines and details necessary for the implementation of: new products, new brands, new business models, new channels, etc.
– Plan and execute the necessary activities to implement the proposed solutions together with the team.
– Organize, lead and execute teamwork dynamics.
What do we expect from you?
- Graduates of careers in industrial design, graphic design, communications, advertising, marketing, others.
- Intermediate level English.
- Collaborative tools: Miró, Mural, GSuite and design tools: Adobe package, graphic/video edition.
- Design Thinking, Shadowing, Customer Journey Maps, Blueprints, Service Patterns, entre otros.
- Minimum of three years experience performing functions similar to those described.
