Through the practice of human-centered design, it designs the services involved in the digital products to be developed, including the gestation and management of the necessary research processes, the design of experiences, systems and processes of the product and its constant validation with users. Guide designers at your expense.

What challenges will you face?

  • Establish research objectives based on the objectives of the project or business
  • Define research profiles to recruit
  • Choose and design the necessary tools to achieve an effective investigation
  • Execute the necessary qualitative research
  • Document the investigation graphically, written or recorded
  • Organize and drill down on collected information to find insights and turn them into actionable opportunities
  • Being able to create insights and jobs to be done
  • Map processes and services and identify pain points in everything related to the service and user experience
  • Govern the value proposition process and its implications in the user experience for the product and everything necessary for the experience to be optimal
  • Propose together with the team the best possible service solution according to the opportunities found and ground them to the guidelines and detail necessary for the successful implementation of the product
  • Promote continuous improvement in the value proposition and plan the necessary validations
  • Align the objectives of the project/product or business to the design proposal (strategic thinking)
  • Design prototypes of different kinds to validate design proposals
  • Plan and execute the necessary activities to implement the proposed solutions together with the team
  • Analyze the results obtained; propose and execute opportunities for improvement
  • He makes decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data and thoroughly understands the needs of the product and business, as well as the customers in order to drive his point of view objectively.
  • Ensures that the team has understanding and insight to drive priorities.
  • Anticipate problems, challenges, opportunities and formulate comprehensive answers to difficult questions.
  • He is aware of market trends and constantly translates them into strategic impact.
  • Organize, lead and execute teamwork dynamics
  • Promote and guide the new way of working to ensure transformation. To be a benchmark of excellence for the designers in the team.

What do we expect from you?

  • Full university degree in industrial design, graphic design, psychology, communications, advertising, marketing, others
  • Experience of 3.5 years or more (as Service Designer or similar)
  • Intermediate / Advanced English level
  • You must know and use: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Mural, Notion, GSuite, etc.- You must have a high analytical sense and evaluation methods (you must know how to make decisions based on data). Must have worked creating design systems, digital products, prototypes, interfaces and correctly understand the UX research process
  • Availability to work hybrid in San Isidro
