Main Responsibilities:
For an important company in the banking sector, we are looking for a Service Designer . We are looking for a specialist oriented to the design of services, relationship models and value propositions based on the analysis, definition and optimization of visible and invisible activities for end users (frontstage and backstage) that are necessary to provide them with an excellent experience. consistent and positively exceeds your expectations.
Requirements:
They are in charge of the conceptual design that involves the planning and organization of service components, such as the interaction between the service provider, customers and other interested parties, the infrastructure and the communication strategy in order to improve the value of the service. Strong background in strategic design, business design, design research, behavioral science and facilitation, as well as tools such as the journey map, blueprint.
Activities
- Plan and organize the infrastructure, communication and components of the project, to co-create a solid and consistent experience for the users of said product and/or service.
- Lead the definition strategy of a service, identifying the needs of the user, actors (stakeholders), scope, objectives, acceptance criteria and specifications of the assigned project(s).
- Strategically understand stakeholder interaction models to craft powerful design solutions.
- Apply techniques and tools that allow you to analyze the different scenarios of the proposed service, incorporating a holistic vision of the components and their interactions.
- Collaborate with the different interested parties to co-create coherent and quality products, services and experiences, contributing to prioritize in response to the limitations identified in the business.
- Design and carry out research with users to identify needs, pains, limitations, behaviors and expectations around the service to be developed, which allows identifying potential opportunities.
- Conceptualize, build and test prototypes of the service to be proposed, to find opportunities for improvement that allow iterating the solution proposals.
- Participate and guide activities related to the execution and documentation of the call and delivery of incentives to research participants
- Participate in the design and development of protocols, guides and procedures that allow streamlining the workflow of employees and therefore improve the experience for end customers.
- Identify, define and/or apply the indicators through which the performance of the service and its impact on the business will be measured.
- Advise stakeholders on the choice and application of Human Centered Design techniques as well as question existing findings to identify the feasibility of possible solutions.
