Service Designer

We are looking for Service Designers:

Main responsibilities:

• They are responsible for the conceptual design that involves the planning and organization of the service components, such as the interaction between the service provider, customers and other stakeholders, the infrastructure and the communication strategy in order to improve the value of the service. 
• Focused on the design of services, relationship models and value propositions based on the analysis, definition and optimization of activities visible and invisible to end users (frontstage and backstage) that are necessary to provide them with a consistent experience that positively exceeds their expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 value proposition development project (Service Design).
• At least 1 exploration project that has resulted in one of the following artifacts: Blueprint, Customer Journey Map and/or information architecture diagrams.
• At least 1 project in which you have planned and managed workshops with different stakeholders and in the company of other design profiles, at any stage of the service cycle.
• Ideally, 1 project that has been worked on for a product or service within the business segment (SME or large company).
• Independently manages the frameworks of Design Thinking, Service Design, Customer Experience, Jobs to Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, and Behavioral Design.
  Experience using Design Thinking, Service Design, and at least two of the other frameworks mentioned is required.
• You must have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• In-depth interviews, proof of concept, usability testing, guerrilla testing, shadowing. Analysis of descriptive statistics and definition/interpretation of KPIs and design metrics.
• Experience in leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
