Senior Service Designer

Who are you?
You are curious, creative and properly structured, and you identify yourself as a service designer. Perhaps you actually come from a different field, but you have a few years of relevant work experience, and you already know some of the methodology used well. As a person, you are solution-oriented, you are good at communicating with those you work with, and like to see both details and the big picture.

We envision that the working day consists of facilitating workshops, gathering insights, developing concepts in the early phase and mapping needs in holistic user journeys. You will work closely with business developers, UX designers, service designers and other relevant disciplines.
