UX/Service Designer

Who are you?

You are curious, creative and at the same time structured. You understand well what service design means in practice. Perhaps you actually come from a different professional field, but you have a few years’ work experience as a service designer, which means that you know methodologies well and how to apply them in close collaboration with other professionals. As a person, you are pragmatic and solution-oriented, you are good at communicating with those you work with, and like to see both details and the big picture.

As far as the professional side is concerned, we want you to have relevant education in service design, UX design, interaction design, behavioral psychology or similar. You have a few years’ experience as a service designer, which you can show in a portfolio. You have experience with various methods for gathering insights and good knowledge of user testing and user behavior in digital services. You are experienced with design programs such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar. We use Figma here. Furthermore, you can document experience from larger assignments where you were central to the process.

In order to succeed and thrive in this role, you like to build relationships across professional environments and have an understanding of different people’s views and needs. You can argue professionally well after a thorough analysis, but at the same time have an understanding of compromises when it is right.

What are you going to do?

• Mapping needs and pains in our customer journeys
• Prioritize the most important discoveries based on commercial value and customer value
• Develop concepts in both early and already implemented phase
• Fascilitere workshops
• Communicate complex issues and findings in a good way, preferably visually and easily understood by the decision-makers.
