Service Designer

Who are you?
You are curious, creative and suitably structured, and you identify yourself as a service designer. Maybe you actually come from another field, it is not uncommon we know. You have at least two years’ relevant work experience, and you are already well acquainted with a number of methods and techniques that are part of service design. You track insights and promote hypotheses and you are good at communicating what you produce. English is the working language in our part of Storebrand, but you master it well both orally and in writing.

Typical tasks

• Plan and carry out workshops and insight and analysis work,
• Develop for small and large digital services, with particular emphasis on early stages
• Map and optimize customer journeys (preferably including prototyping and user testing)
• Work closely with business developers, ux designers and other relevant disciplines
