Service designer

Your most important tasks will be to drive service development based on customer needs, market insight and changes in the industry. In collaboration with the others in the department, you must obtain and systematize customer insight, so that we are able to see ourselves in an outside and inside perspective . You create good customer experiences by combining design, communication and finance. You will work closely with our marketing department to ensure that we create engaging services that customers love.
Wanted qualifications
- Has a minimum of five years’ relevant experience from a similar role and documented experience
- Higher education in communication, service design or similar
- Lack of formal education can be compensated with documented relevant experience
- Ability to visualize and communicate needs, services and concepts
- Solid wording ability, both written and oral, preferably also in English
- Knowledge of the corporate market is an advantage
- Experience with agile / flexible working methods is an advantage
