Service Designer

Your role is a specialist position working as part of a team which is accountable for identifying and analysing ongoing improvements that achieve a consistent and high-performing visa Immigration system. The Service Designer will apply their expertise in user-centred design from initial concept through to design, test, technical integration and implementation of ongoing improvements that achieve our consistent and high-performing visa Immigration system.
As the ideal candidate, you bring to this role:
- Demonstrable knowledge, experience and passion for user-centred design practices.
- Knowledge and experience of business change practices and user-centred change management.
- Confidence in presenting design artefacts and communicating both verbally and digitally to key stakeholders.
- Proven experience with various technology platforms and working alongside Service Design teams.
- Superb attention to detail and problem solving skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and precise manner.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to make recommendations based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
