Service Designer

Job Objective

Support the company in the design and development of analog and digital end-to-end services through user-centered methodologies, leading activities in highly complex projects: including workshops for internal clients, co-creation processes, interaction design , definition of service design and generation of monitoring metrics to evaluate the success of the initiatives; in order to ensure that they meet the needs of associates, customers, and the business.

Main responsibilities:

Identify actionable business opportunities and define service strategy

· Mapping of business processes through different research methodologies

· Co-create desirable, viable and feasible solutions in the short and medium term.

· Design the implementation process, impact metrics and timetable of iterations for the developed solutions, defining for each project the metrics of its correct implementation

Experience:

• In service design in various types of industries.
• Planning, design, facilitation and synthesis of workshops
• Driving and applying user-centered design processes and research.
• Creating experience journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, front and back stage flows; as well as the design of interaction guides and customer service protocols.
• Knowledge of rapid prototyping methods as well as work management and communication between design, product, development and end or business customers.
