MOBILITY ADO
We request in SERVICE DESIGNER having the responsibility of:
Research and meet:
- – MOBILITY ADO clients in order to map their experience and identify their pain points through ethnographic studies, interviews, surveys, focus groups (Design Thinking)
- – The business to understand in depth the mission and vision of the business, as well as the objectives of any line of business with which it works
- Keep abreast of technological trends as well as the state-of-the-art of UX/UI practices at a global level (processes, tools and interfaces) that improve the user experience
- Design the user experience (Customer or User Experience) understanding the complete omnichannel experience seeking maximum simplicity for the user
- Carry out usability tests with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to validate the design hypotheses with real users and solve possible problems and solve them
- Evaluate the data found about the usability of the product/service and conclude on these in order to improve future processes.
- Manage the assigned work team (UX / UI designers, wireframe developers and HTML / CSS / SEO mockups, usability analysts, content analysts, etc.)
