If you are a Digital UX & Service Designer with at least 2 years of experience you are the right person to help us in our challenges!

You will participate in the design and development of solutions, with a strong drive for innovation, and in the collaboration and sharing of capabilities, favoring the progressive evolution, modernization and optimization of the application park.

The selected resource will be included in the Chapter Solution Development, Integration, Service and UX Design.

What will you do:

  • You will work as UX and Service Designer in digitization projects, designing the user experience, ensuring the progress of the project and the achievement of the goal in line with the priorities of the business lines and in compliance with plans and economics, knowing how guide changes in direction if necessary
  • you will direct the design phase of digital solutions by promoting approaches based on User Experience & Service Design, Design Thinking and Digital Journey;
  • You will design unique and rewarding experiences, going from sketches on paper to wireframes up to the definition of the UI of the final product.
  • You will facilitate workshops with customers, cross-functional teams and / or business stakeholders, to understand the user and customer experience and collaborate with them to co-create innovative and elegant solutions.
  • You will transmit insights and priorities to help the team focus during the design process, through analytical and problem solving skills, then you will interpret and summarize the insights that emerged from the research phase, guaranteeing the quality of the product.
  • You will collaborate in user testing and management of product lifecycle phases.
  • You will produce the necessary documentation and check the quality guaranteeing results on:
  • Customer Journey Maps, so as to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process mapping.
  • Definition of information architectures
  • Service Design Blueprints
  • User flow / Screen flow.
  • Wireframes.
  • Interactive prototypes with variable fidelity.
  • You will understand the definition and evolution of the technological architectures of IT infrastructures and of the application map in order to design desirable and achievable solutions
  • You will promote and use the AGILE methodology and approach in in-room collaboration with Product Owners, development and business specialists.
  • You will verify the feasibility of design solutions through interactive, rapid and accurate prototypes.
  • You will take care of ensuring the end-to-end consistency of the designed solutions.

 

What skills and knowledge are we looking for:

  • Degree in Design (Product, Services, Communication, Interaction)
  • Masters and / or specific training on UX and UI Design
  • Knowledge of the agile methodology applied to the development of digital solutions and related development automation software;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of interaction, User Experience, Customer Experience and principles of Visual Design;
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1)
  • Knowledge of techniques, tools and methodologies related to User Experience and Service Design, Design Thinking and UI design;
  • Experience in conducting usability tests, interviews and User Research.
  • Knowledge of the principles of Atomic Design and Design System 
  • Use of specialized Service / UX / UI software: Miro, Adobe Suite, XD, InVision, Axure, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin.
  • Experiences in the context of digitalization programs with agile methodology (preferably in the Energy sector).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language, written and spoken: it is a plus.
  • At least two years of previous work experience.
