  • Contribute to activities on projects, collaborating with Design Thinking Coach, including workshops, creative brainstorms, and service definition with multi-disciplinary team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with business to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to help identify and prioritize their near and long-term goals.
  • Support teams to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirements of our customers, to assess solutions feasibility and their interconnection.  Ensure excellent service experience both for final users and backoffice users through the whole value cycle of the service. Integrate research, design, business and technology to shape the services.
  • Contribute at a high level to strategic initiatives, taking into account relevant marketplace, consumer and technology factors
  • Co-create with SCRUM team the incremental feature strategy for new and existing services.  Define service flows with application of user-centered design process through qualitative and quantitative research insight findings and IT requirements. Develop an effective and functional User Experience in collaboration with UX experts, UI designers.
  • Own the service design deliverables like user journey maps, stakeholder maps, personas, flow-charts, system maps, blueprints, roadmap, user stories etc

Requirements, experience and knowledge needed:

  • Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and values,
  • Positive, collaborative, enthusiastic
  • Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit
  • Design Thinking skills and UCD approach
  • Facilitator in co-design workshop (online and offline): ability to contribute ideas as well as execute the ideas of others.
  • Continual heuristic evaluation of current services and digital products based on insights gathering, analysis, testing and discovery.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Heuristic approach in problem solving.
  • Able to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Experience of 3/5 years in service design

Deliverables and Tools:

  • Understand, analyse and map complex user journeys and processes
  • Own the service design deliverables like: user journey maps, stakeholder maps, personas, flow-charts, system maps, blueprints, roadmap, user stories etc
  • Familiar with Prototyping tools and services:  Figma, Miro, Sketch, Invision

The following knowledges will also be subject to preferential evaluation:

  • Language: Spanish
  • Google Design sprints
  • SCRUM and/or SAFe methodology
